The role of human forces in various fields of social activity, including economic, cultural, political and military, has had a significant impact on the growth and prosperity and survival of societies since long ago. Although with the industrialization of societies and the emergence of mechanization in human life, the use of manual labor decreased, but the role of thinking, creativity and innovation, especially specialization in scientific fields in today’s era, not only did not fade, But it was also very important.

I agree that providing education and work opportunities for women and girls is crucial in preventing brain drain. By reopening schools for girls and allowing women to work, we can empower them with new opportunities and capacity-building trainings. This not only promotes gender equality but also gives them the chance to contribute to the growth and development of their communities and countries.

When women and girls have access to education, they become more self-reliant and gain the necessary skills to thrive professionally. By investing in their education and creating a conducive environment for them to work and progress, we can retain their talent and prevent brain drain.

Furthermore, by breaking down imposed restrictions on women and girls, we can address a significant reason behind migrations. Many individuals seek opportunities abroad because they feel limited and unable to fulfill their potential in their home countries. By empowering women and girls, we can create a more inclusive society that fosters growth and utilizes the talents of its entire population.

In conclusion, providing education and work opportunities for women and girls is a crucial step in preventing brain drain and creating a more equitable and prosperous society.

In my opinion, If educated people of the country leave the country due to unemployment, they can only go to the Iran to work, and this will make the hard work of 16 years of education to nothing, because in the country of Iran, they only provide hard work for these young people.

No I don’t agree with you because they leave their homeland because of insecurity, not for fun.

What causes people to leave their homeland and stay in other countries is usually related to two groups of factors; Repulsion factors and attraction factors, which are related to economic, social, political and specialized dimensions. The most important things that can be placed in the category related to repulsion are increasing class distance, restriction of freedom, inefficient work culture, lack of research facilities and low research standards, imbalance in income and expenses, injustice, lawlessness and partying.

I don’t think so, because the conditions in themselves are tight and the cause is the Taliban, people will never accept the ignorance that their sisters and daughters are forbidden from education, and they will be watching this heartbreaking scene until an unknown time. .

agree. they left their homeland because of their family member, because they were part of government and also they were linked with government

In such a situation, the countries that surpassed others in terms of technology and industry, in order to maintain their superiority over others, not only used specialized and creative national forces to advance their goals, but also because of progress in the fields of industry and science. different, they found a multifold need for specialized forces; Therefore, they received educated and specialized forces from other countries.

and also in contrast to the causes of push, there are cases that cause the attraction of elites in another country. These pull factors include the opportunity to continue education, social welfare, cost and income balance, efficient education system, economic welfare, political and social freedom, job opportunities and job security.

This is the main issue of brain drain, they studied and worked hard to work and serve their country, but unknown people do not allow them to work and say that their education is not acceptable, this is the reason why they leave the country and work in other countries. and find out their alimony.

Agree with you and even if they go to the European contries or USA their studies will be nothing and the only to get some for them is hardworking.

In fact ,the best solution is young Afghan people came together to prevent Brian Drian in Afghanistan and aslo the majority of those who are leaving are educated and if they migrate abroad, it would be a loss of precious human resources. We want educated Afghans to stay in the country . We want to use our brains for the development of our country, not others.

International aid should come to the country based on certain conditions for example , in order to provide job opportunities for educated youth and education for girls. Accordingly, the current government is forced to act because they have a weak economy and are forced to help.

The brain drain literature has been formed since the end of World War II (especially since the 1960s); That is, when the European countries tried to rebuild the ruins left by the war and some time later, the industrial cycle started working in these countries. This process required specialized and efficient people. As a result, a huge number of specialists, engineers and other people who are referred to as brains left their developing countries for more advanced countries.
