Of course its job of the government to control their wild ones and also i believe in power of common men, we should show them our existence, one more thing i wanna mention is currently we dont have alternatives of Taliban in any how we have to co operate with them otherwise we will fall into another dark side, so they postpone the opening of girls schools and universities until the wild one learns how to live in cities.
