Yes, unfortunately, they always say that they will open the schools, but they do not keep their promises
The international community should put pressure on the Taliban government so that more of these women are not deprived of education.

Thank you all for your insightful contributions. Let’s continue discussing the necessary environment and steps to ensure girls’ education in Afghanistan.

The Taliban say that banning women from schools and universities is because of Islam and Sharia and Islamic laws, and they also say that we have other reasons, but we do not see the need to partner with the people. These statements of the Taliban are not logical at all. In no Islamic country, women are not deprived of their right to education, they are not deprived of their right to work, they carry out their activities under Islamic laws and frameworks.

Thank you for contributing your thoughts on girls’ education in Afghanistan. Your insights are valued and I encourage others to join in the discussion. Let’s explore potential solutions and create an inclusive dialogue.

Thank you for your thoughts. Let’s hear from others: What kind of environment and steps do you think need to be taken to ensure girls can access education in Afghanistan? #RespectfulDiscussion

In the current situation, if the Taliban is not convinced, Afghan women will no longer attend schools and universities, so the international community and the United Nations must somehow satisfy the Taliban so as not to hinder women’s education.

In my opinion until we don’t show the value of education to taliban and we don’t show the difference between educate and non educate perso they will never open the doors of school.

Thank you all for sharing your valuable insights. It is evident that a comprehensive approach, including online education, scholarships, diplomatic efforts, awareness-raising, and safe environments, is essential to ensure girls’ access to education in Afghanistan.
