Day 1: Brain Drain Crisis in Post-2021 Afghanistan_TeamA

To address this issue, several solutions can be implemented, including:
1- Creating a suitable environment for the return of skilled individuals to Afghanistan.
2- Developing the education system.
3- Attracting young skilled individuals.
4- Collaborating with other countries.

From my point of view, the loss of educated and skilled individuals through brain drain crisis in 2021, significantly hampers Afghanistan’s ability to rebuild and recover after decades of conflict. In action, After first phase of brain drain crisis in 1978, Afghanistan has not any appreciable development due to the loss of brains.

Hi Iam romina hazrati

The factors that cause brain drain can be said to be the factors of increasing class distance, restriction of freedom, lack of facilities, injustice, lawlessness

Basically, brain drain from Afghanistan is a big and irreparable problem that makes the future of the country dark and dark.
The only way to solve this challenge is to create a favorable environment for the return of brains (active young people) to the country and to create the field of work and education for both women and men.

People put their lives at risk and illegally seek refuge in other countries, even though they have to endure many problems so that they can be at peace in the space and be able to get a proper job and education.

unfortunately ,Afganistan is one of the countries that has the highest number of brain drain among the countries of the world , and now this social phenomenon is on the raise , and every year thousands of educated young people leave Afghanistan and go to other countries .

Sure. I am Fahim Shahi and I am interested in political, social and scientific discussions. My experiences are mostly in political discussions and I have high skill in this field.

Hello everyone, this is Nilofar.
Well Brain Drain is a State of migration of Human capital from on place to another( home to Worldwide countries) due to an unfavorable or inadequate condition of thier home country.

In Afghanistan, however the Barain Drain has always beem exited before due to insecurity and other issues but in 2021 post Taliban collapse in rapids and gets more. As the inside country became an insecure and inadequate for people they migrate legally or illegally to other countries to survive.

Hello
I am pakeeza ghafoori

Brain drain means the loss of the most expensive capital, the loss of scientists, educators, professors, educated people and active brains from a nation and country. After 2021 and when the Taliban came to power, educated people (Afghanistan’s brains) immigrated to other countries out of necessity, because in this government, no one appreciates science and art, educated people have no place in the government. The Taliban believe that people who have been educated in the government of the republic or other countries are not suitable for us that’s why they left their country. They migrated to neighboring countries and other countries.

To address the brain drain crisis in post-2021 Afghanistan and mitigate illegal immigration, several measures can be implemented. Firstly, the government should focus on creating a conducive environment for professionals and intellectuals by improving infrastructure, offering competitive salaries, and providing better career opportunities. This can help retain local talents and dissuade them from seeking opportunities abroad. Additionally, investing in education and research can foster innovation and knowledge-based industries, thereby attracting skilled individuals to stay and contribute to the country’s development. Strengthening law enforcement and border control can help prevent illegal immigration, as well as collaborate with foreign countries in managing migration flows more effectively. Moreover, establishing partnerships with international organizations and foreign governments can provide assistance in building a stable economy, development, and curbing the brain drain crisis.

I think that in order to prevent the brain drain in Afghanistan and illegal immigration to foreign countries. The government should first provide good educational conditions for the youth and also provide job opportunities so that the youth do not flee the country.

Hallo hope you all fine iam salma

Brain Drain has been a major challenge for Afghanistan, as it has resulted in a loss of human capital and expertise that is crucial for the country’s development and progress. In 2021, the situation has become even more critical due to the Taliban’s takeover of the country, which has led to an exodus of professionals, academics, and other talented individuals. The brain drain is expected to have a significant impact on Afghanistan’s economy, education, healthcare, and other sectors, and could hinder its ability to rebuild and recover from decades of conflict and instability.

In my opinion, it is still time for the Taliban government to have a peaceful and prosperous country with international style and vision, so that no one thinks of fleeing the country and can work, study and live safely in Afghanistan.

Afghanistan is in dire need of human resources in order to fill deep economic, social, political and cultural gaps and achieve sustainable development. Unfortunately, brain drain and its educated people have increased more than ever before, and in such a situation, it can deepen the gap in all aspects of society, including the scientific and economic sectors.

In my idea, the most greates reason for Brain Drain crisis can be the that Taliban belives has created a bad mindset between the people. Before the collapse the people known the Taliban based on thier ideology and criminal records. This created a scene of scaring in milions Afghans’ brain, they felt insecure inside. For that they strated seeking ways to gets out of the country.
