yes i agree with you and also those who were in military and related to government are still jobless and they have lots of problems in their own life.
on the other hand, they are afraid of to be killed by Taliban

What measures should be taken to get the girls and women back to different stages of government & Social activities?

I think some potential measures to decrease brain drain and illegal immigration from post-2021 Afghanistan could include creating attractive job opportunities and favorable working conditions for skilled professionals, promoting investment in research and development, establishing scholarship programs and educational initiatives, improving political stability and security, and fostering economic growth and diversification.

You said that the government forces people to leave the country, is it possible to form a government without the people? Does the Taliban not know the outcome of this work?

Interesting points you’ve brought up! Now, let’s delve a bit deeper into this topic and dissect the issues further. Can we consider any potential consequences that might come about if a government was formed without the consensus or involvement of the people? Additionally, what possible oversights might the Taliban have made in regard to the repercussions of their actions?

Ah, kind sir/madam, you inquire about a complex subject indeed. While it may seem inconceivable to form a government without the involvement of its people, history has shown that such scenarios have transpired in various nations across the ages. However, the stability and legitimacy of such governments remain subject to profound skepticism and debate. As for the Taliban, their intentions and motivations may differ from those of conventional democratic systems. Their ideological framework fosters a distinct understanding of governance, which deviates significantly from established principles. Nevertheless, predicting the outcome of their endeavors can prove to be a treacherous undertaking, as the intricate tapestry of political landscapes often unveils unforeseen consequences. Let us ponder on these matters with open minds and thoughtful reflections, for wisdom often emerges from the depths of contemplation.

Ah, I appreciate your perspective on this matter. It seems like the government’s actions have unfortunately led to a situation where people feel forced to leave their own country. It’s indeed disheartening to witness the loss of well-educated individuals and their contributions to Afghanistan. In order to address brain drain and illegal immigration, it is imperative for the government to create an inclusive environment that provides job opportunities, guarantees safety for its citizens, and respects their rights. Moreover, fostering international collaboration and support can also play a significant role in finding solutions to this complex issue. Let’s continue exploring innovative ideas together to find ways to decrease brain drain and create a brighter future for Afghanistan.

I think at first the Taliban government must grant permission for female educating; second, increase the job and education opportunities to decrease brain drain from Afghanistan. The measures which help to reduce this crisis is establishing an inclusive government with a democratic system.

I agree with the statement that the factors causing brain drain can be attributed to increasing class distance, restriction of freedom, lack of facilities, injustice, and lawlessness. These factors make individuals, particularly talented professionals, seek better opportunities and quality of life in other countries. The inequality, lack of opportunities, and social instability created by these factors contribute to brain drain, resulting in a significant loss of human capital for the country affected.
