The collective migration of human resources from one country to another country or countries has many reasons that the most important one is this point ;
People migrate from one country to another country due to poverty, tyranny, unemployment and social disruption which are called push factors.

One possible issue is the lack of economic opportunities and job prospects in Afghanistan, leading to brain drain and illegal immigration. An idea is for the government to promote economic growth, job creation, and access to education and healthcare to retain skilled individuals.

The ruling government in the country should stop imposing numerous restrictions, education, work and life and financial security are among the basic rights of the people , unfortunately the government does not pay any attention to.
In the shari’a framework these are still the basic rights of the people ,the government should pay attention to the needs and basic rights of the people in order to prevent illegal immigration.

Creating favorable conditions for economic growth and job creation within Afghanistan can help decrease brain drain and eliminate illegal immigration. What are your thoughts on this idea?

In my opinion the only solution could be reopening school and university doors for girls and allowing them to do jobs then providing employment for both men and women is the solution for this cris. Otherwise; we will witness more illegal immigration and brain drain in coming years.

We all know that with the transformation of the government in Afghanistan from a republic to an emirate, a large number of university professors and educated youth of Afghanistan were forced to migrate, and the only reason for this migration was not the feeling of security for their lives and property. Meh, I think the only solution in this case is the serious intervention of the international community and the United Nations with the Taliban government. In order to accept the Taliban as a government, the laws must be stipulated for the Taliban, for example: the right of immunity for all persons who leave Afghanistan due to a problem, giving the right to education and work for women, entrusting work to working people, and similar things should be raised. The Taliban accepted.

That’s an interesting perspective. It seems that providing employment opportunities, improving the educational system, and ensuring security and stability are some key measures that could be implemented to decrease brain drain and illegal immigration from Afghanistan. Other participants, what do you think about these ideas? Please feel free to share your thoughts.

In my opinion, in order to prevent brain drain and prevent legal immigration, the government should create a work environment for people, because the main reason for unemployment is that people seek refuge in another country.

If we think deeply we will find the solutions.
from my point of view, the government should pave the way for young generations to get education and build their future. Do know why children deprived from education at the mean time, they are future maker of a country??
