Day 1: Brain Drain Crisis in Post-2021 Afghanistan_TeamB

In order to reduce immigration, the restrictions for women should be reduced so that they can use the right to work, study and other issues
The government should consider equal rights between men and women.

In order to decrease brain drain and eliminate illegal immigration from Afghanistan, possible measures could include: providing employment opportunities within the country, strengthening local opportunities for economic growth and job creation, enhancing security and stability, creating a favorable work environment, reopening schools and universities for girls and allowing them to work, establishing an inclusive government, and receiving international interventions and support from the international community. It is important to consider these measures and their potential impact on reducing brain drain and preventing illegal immigration.

In all countries, the series of migration and brain stroke starts when people distance themselves from the government of their country and economic decline occurs. given

Creating a safe and inclusive government that provides equal opportunities and rights for both men and women can help reduce brain drain and illegal immigration from Afghanistan.

I think that in order to eliminate illegal immigration, the government should form an inclusive government and include educated youth in the government and use the youth as an expert force at the high level of government and international projects.

It is interesting to see the different perspectives on the measures that can be implemented to decrease brain drain and eliminate illegal immigration from Afghanistan to foreign countries. While some suggest creating job opportunities and providing a favorable work environment, others emphasize the importance of education and the need for an inclusive government. It seems that addressing the economic and educational aspects, as well as ensuring security and stability, are key considerations in this matter. What are your thoughts on these suggestions?

In my opinion, the lack of work environment and the lack of feeling of immunity for educated people in Afghanistan has caused the migration of the majority of educated young people from Afghanistan. We all witness that in the current government, education and level of education are not at all creditable, as they themselves reminded of this issue. So, the only way to solve this problem is to provide job opportunities for educated people and the right of immunity for them and entrusting work to working people.

The first way to eliminate illegal immigration is a stable and mutually acceptable system of freedom of expression, separating religion from politics, because religion is optional, thousands of religions can live under the shadow of one government.

In my notion , traveling aborad will have a bunch of disadvantage for our country the main reason is that, we will lost professional and educated floks who, will have possitive promotion in Afghanistan but ,unforunately we are going to lost our professionilist who have obtimist hypothesis behalf of the imporvment of Afghanistan.

That’s an interesting perspective. It seems that providing employment opportunities within Afghanistan is seen as a crucial measure to decrease brain drain and illegal immigration. The government should focus on creating favorable conditions for economic growth, job creation, and access to quality education and healthcare within the country. This can help retain skilled individuals and discourage them from seeking opportunities abroad. Additionally, it is important to establish a safe and stable environment to prevent individuals from leaving their home country. Strengthening local opportunities and enhancing security and stability are key aspects to address this issue. Let’s hear from other participants and their ideas on this topic.

How the factories provides job for people?

In my opinion, the creation of an inclusive and inclusive government can be to reduce brain drain and illegal immigration.

The government can attract foreign investors to establish factories in Afghanistan, which will create job opportunities for the people and help reduce brain drain and illegal immigration.

Afghans are deprived of even their basic rights such as education, working, going gyms and parks. So in a country that we do not have freedom it is difficult to leave in and of course everybody want to leave and find a safe place. So the only way is change in regime. And international communities must not recognize the government until the government change its policies.
