AI is good but not at all

As discussed before the reasons beyond brain draining from Afghanistan in post-2021, almost everyone is agree that structure of our government and not recognition of current regime by international community itself is a a big challenge and the cause to many other obstacles in our country in last more than two years.
The biggest challenge is; people are not involved in governance, it is only one group of people ruling all the country. This structure will not work in context of Afghanistan because Afghanistan is a multi tribal community.

I agree with you so the question is how to prevent?
Considering the vital role of skilled and professional manpower in the process of economic, social, cultural and political development and achieving a dynamic and stable economy, brain migration is considered a great loss for Afghanistan, which should be prevented without wasting time. What has caused migration and flight of manpower to become an unstoppable crisis for Afghanistan is the passive attitude of the officials and leaders of the government to this issue.
Now i think the biggest problem is government because they don’t accept people they don’t care about people they don’t listen to people. So how we can find solutions for problems with out government helping?
I don’t agree with you because we have to prevent brain drain not to send them to another countries, if they go abroad so you can’t return them back in this situation.
to solve the issue we must increase the investments into certain areas of the economy also paving the way for legal and social reform also improving the quality of resources such as housing and health case .
