There are lot of jobs available in each ministries or NGOs which is a good opportunity for those talents who are jobless right now, but like the past days the Taliban are assigning their families or relatives even they don’t have the knowledge of the job and are not qualified for that.

Fitting solutions to Afghanistan’s particular setting is significant.
