Yes, that’s becuase the business environment for the businessman is not provided. They has lots of limitations on the businesses and lots of taxes, and this is when the businessman do not show any interest in investing in afghanistan.

the economic solution which is possible in other country is to have a principle for doing and making the low to apply able for every one but in Afghanistan we have no rules and low to build the economy.

As we discussed earlier one of the main reasons of brain drain in Afghanistan is limited access of females form education, and studying online is the best option for everyone but the internet needs electricity to run and everyone doesn’t have access to the internet in order to study online, price of gasoline for power generators is not affordable by everyone.
