There are five strategies I think it will be helpful for the brain draining issue in our country, they are as follows;

  • first of all they should active every single business which was closed after Kabul take over, in order to pave the way for people who needs a job.

  • the second important is, they have to help the people who need, this helps should be in an emergency packages.

  • the third solution is, by taking part to all people from all the regions and tribes they should keep people involved in government.

  • there should be a specific type of governance, youths should be involved in decision makings. Equally women should be considered as a half of society.

  • educational support should be considered for both men and women, a strong educational system should be stablished for all to work in all country.

Second solution is educational facilities that the government should provide educational services for people so that they will not go to another countries for education.

I suggest some solutions that I think are possible in Afghanistan:
1- The Taliban leaders must know that they are in charge of the country and must respect the people’s wishes
2- Activation of absenteeism schools and universities for Afghan girls
3- Providing online work for educated women
4- Providing scholarships secretly so that the Taliban are not aware of it
5- Global pressure to reject the Taliban’s unjust restrictions for freedom

Since the crisis in Afghanistan has been ascending, I suggest to every single people work on their soft skills and to have attention to their own single problems to bring a solution for theirselves.
It is mot permanently, we should accept this as an adventure to be an adventurer in this community that we live.

To separate a beggar country (Afghanistan) from other Islamic countries is stupidity and wonder itself, which is the biggest nervous disease. And not allowing girls to study and work is the biggest punishment.
Until the above issues are resolved, it is difficult to achieve stability.
