Yes as you mentioned this crisis have created a lot of challenges for us but there are still opportunities and policies to somehow reduce this crisis.

Unfortunately, Afghanistan is also one of the developing countries where every year its human capital, i.e. its young, expert and productive labor force, is fleeing to different countries of the world, while in other countries huge capitals are considered for the labor force. It is possible, but they use Afghanistan as a naturalization for people who have to spend years.

Yes, I think that we should have unity among ourselves and stand by our people.

I think discussions with them about the problem is something useless because they will never find any solution.

I think that there are many international organizations that work on this matter, but they don’t take practical measures, I don’t know why?

Yes, you are right, creating a safe space helps to prevent brain drain, trust alone, but also providing the environment for growth, education and training is important.

In afghanistan since the taleban came to power and take over the governement we lost lots of talented persons like university teachers like lots of young generation that they were talented persons they had master degrees even more

Not only with education we can decrease brain drain nowadays specially young generation with good education background plan to leave Afghanistan. Not only with a good education system, not only with good security, not only with job opportunities we can prevent brain drain but all these works together not only one.

We are all witnesses that most of victims of this situation are girls, they can’t work, they can’t study even they can’t have their own jobs. It’s requested the current government should find better solution for this situation.

If you deliver some solutions what would be that?

Paving the way for social reform can also be beneficial.

Yeah I agree with you and it will be helpful as well

Have you any proposition that can get better the situation at the moment?

You are right. All these factors lead even a young man to dead :pensive:
