Day 2: Women Education Crisis in Post-2021 Afghanistan_TeamA

What is your definition of Islamic law?

Won’t cutting off aid cause pressure on the people of Afghanistan?

One of advantages of sharing our ideas with Taliban is, rising awareness in country and internstional pressure on them.

but you think will they take action about your speech ??

Increase in poverty and unemployment: Inability to get education will cause many Afghan girls and women to be left out of important and high-paying job opportunities, and as a result, poverty and unemployment in the society will increase.

In my opinion, the rules that the Taliban apply are not in Islam, they only use the name of Islam.

In order to solve the crisis of girls’ education in the Taliban government, international pressure should be put on this government to allow girls to study at all levels of education and to reduce gender discrimination in access to education. Also, measures should be taken to increase girls’ security and reduce their family concerns and financial problems so that girls can easily access higher education and advance in their professional future. Also, suitable educational and educational programs for girls should be developed and implemented so that they can progress in the best possible way in their education.

Didn’t u see international pressure power?

Their power is based on Islam name. Nowadays what they do on people the non-Muslims from governmental dtructure do not do that.

but they are careless about the international pressures.
if they care, they would open the schools door.

You can find it in Quran and Hadith.

Exactly, Islam is not a religion of discrimination, while the Taliban consider gender discrimination to be their principle. The Taliban are Muslims on the face, but they are apostates from the inside, they have made religion a means to rule over the people and abuse the name of religion.

There is no international pressure on them. International pressure in a good manner can shake the base of powerful countries like Iran.

now we are not talking about iran or some other countries.
currently our issue is our girls education over country

The sharing our ideas with Taliban can cause the safety risks and more offensive actions in community because it’s against their beliefs.

I think International support, funding, and partnerships will play a vital role in girls eduction.
I mean if Taliban banned girls education so many european countries & USA can provide scholarships, so i think it will also play a vital role in women/girls education.

I understand your concern about potential safety risks and offensive actions that may arise when sharing ideas with the Taliban, as it goes against their beliefs. It’s important to approach such discussions cautiously and consider the possible consequences. Nevertheless, respectful dialogue and understanding can be powerful tools for promoting peace and fostering positive change.

I know the topic of discussion very well. You mentioned which international pressure is useless; and I replied which it’s a powerful weapon if it focuses and used on a totalitarian goverment.

Yes, you are right.
Unfortunately, during the first period of their rule, the Taliban still had restrictions on women’s education and work.

I would like to provide the SUMMARY : The closure of girls’ schools in post-2021 Afghanistan by the Taliban has resulted in a significant education crisis, particularly for women and girls. To address this issue, proposed solutions include creating a safe learning environment, fostering international cooperation, and challenging societal norms. The consequences of denying education to girls, strategies for equal access to education, and varying perspectives on the effectiveness of education in addressing gender inequality are also discussed. International pressure on the Taliban is deemed crucial to promote girls’ education and reduce gender discrimination, despite potential safety risks and offensive actions.
