Day 2: Women Education Crisis in Post-2021 Afghanistan_TeamC

If the United Nations recognize this government before opening schools or universities it’s a negative point for women.

The Taliban have effectively banned girls from secondary education in Afghanistan, by ordering high schools to re-open only for boys.
It is crystal clear that they discriminate against women and women rights. It has been two years that women are denied from every single right they had before; though the right to education is a very basic right but women in Afghanistan for the second time after twenty years are not allowed to attend secondary schools.

Yes u are right we are all witnesses to this crime and the United Nations and the world just criticize they don’t do anything for us

Thank you for presenting these arguments on the situation in Afghanistan. These contrasting perspectives on the Taliban’s impact on women’s education provide us with a starting point for further discussion. Please feel free to share your thoughts on these points.

Yes talibans are going to destroy this and they became success to their plans.

During the three decades of Afghanistan’s history, which has had many ups and downs, along with the country’s politics and the change of governments, the fate of women has also undergone unpleasant and unimaginable changes.

They don’t see women as a human Taliban see women as a slave for their sex and house keeping

Certainly it will has negative effects
On overall society.

Positive Argument: Recognizing and implementing women’s education as a fundamental right will empower women, leading to a more inclusive society where everyone can contribute to Afghanistan’s development and progress. #30Words

Here is not jungle, according to United Nations law there are some common rules that every country should follow them. Human and women rights are not able to sacrifice accordingly.

As the Taliban told there is not any need for Master or PhD degree in the government and is not valuable, we see that Mullahs and Taliban that are in power most of them have not any Master or PhD degree or even a high school degree, but they think they are greatest of all.

we all know it’s almost impossible in some fields like, Medical, Engineering… to fully understand and know what to do unless you are educated or have completed university.

With the closure of school and university for girls, girls are in a bad situation. They aren’t good in mentally and they don’t have peace of mind. This makes them less motivated to even study at home.

Both arguments are valid and deserve to be heard. Positive: Education empowers women. Negative: Taliban’s actions hinder girls’ development. What are your thoughts on these points?
