To help girls in Afghanistan access education, radio and TV educational programs could be used. These are more widely available and can reach areas with limited internet access. By broadcasting lessons and educational content, more girls could continue their studies from home.

In most of families girls are not allowed to use cell phones.
They even warned the language centers not to teach the girls.
I respect your opinion but, I think its not a good solution that people stand in front of them and no one is ready for that. If people wanted to stand in front of them they would have done it before but they chose to keep quiet.
They have to allow girls to use cell phones in order to continue their education by online classes and platforms otherwise they will miss many years without any achievements.
If they have a high security level its possible and also it should be very private. I know that its not a good solution but it can help.
I know this is very hard for people but as elders says:(ŰŹÙŰČ ŰȘۧۚŰč Ú©ÙÙ) means that if we all become together against them so they can do nothing.
But no one will take this risk to stand in front of them.
