How does the cultural problems affect the brain drain? Could you please elaborate more

Cultural problems can contribute to brain drain as they may result in limitations on individuals’ freedom and opportunities for growth. This can discourage talented individuals from staying in the country and seeking better prospects elsewhere.

The most important step is to prioritize meritocracy, expertise, commitment and experience in all employment fields, and along with that, create job opportunities and reduce the unemployment rate so that specialized and experienced people can be sure of their future in the country.

Your right, but problem is in here that government didnt do all things that you mentioned.

Exactly.

Afghanistan people don’t want lots of things
They just want education and work cause we have a large number of uneducated people and poor people
If we solve this problem we will be better day by day

Thank you for highlighting the different factors that contribute to the brain drain crisis in Afghanistan, including political instability, lack of economic opportunities, limited access to education and healthcare, and insecurity. These issues have undoubtedly pushed many talented individuals to leave the country in search of better prospects and security. To address this crisis, it is crucial to tackle these underlying factors. Does anyone else have suggestions or thoughts on possible measures to mitigate brain drain and illegal immigration?
