But the problem is that we are losing young generation day by day

The loss of Afghanistan’s young generation due to the brain drain crisis is concerning. Urgent measures are needed to create a stable and prosperous environment that encourages the youth to stay and contribute to their society.

I Totally agree.

Thank you all for your valuable input on the brain drain crisis in Afghanistan. It’s clear that there are multiple factors contributing to this issue, including political instability, lack of job opportunities, limited access to education and healthcare, and concerns about personal security. The impact of the Taliban government and their policies, particularly regarding women’s rights, has also been highlighted. To address this, suggestions have been made to improve security and economic growth, reopen schools for girls, promote meritocracy and job creation, and foster a culture of equality and justice. Let’s continue to explore potential solutions and work towards resolving this complex issue.

People because of lack of opportunities and sources would like to move to the countries with better resources. The problem was in 2015 and years before it too because of the crisis happened during the 2014 and 2015 elections a large amount of people fled the country.
