I believe that since the Taliban takeover Afghanistan, confidence has been shattered, Afghanistan’s best and brightest are fleeing and not coming back, not letting females to continue their education and attending their jobs in the government, making selfish domestic policies and financial problems are the main reason for brain drain in the country.
The main reason of crisis in Afghanistan is conflact, poverty and luck of job oppournity for people.
I believe, the main brain drain crisis in Afghanistan is the situation, it more than 2 years, no one is secure in here, in this case, they couldn’t tolerate and live in this society or community.

Closing the doors of education on women has not only negative affect on them, men have also been affected by this situation. And everyone tries to leave the country alone or with their families, among the emigrants were elite and intelligent people. This is a great loss for the country and it caused brain drain from Afghanistan.

The issue of human migration goes back to the distant times when it can be said that human history is the history of travel and wandering. But the issue of “brain drain” in the history of human migration is a new and different discussion from the normal migration, which is important and worth investigating, an event that the contemporary history of Afghanistan has also witnessed such a situation several times.

The second main issue was the understanding of people from the group which took the Kabul, during the last 20 years this group only killed people; journalists, armies, government officials and in lots of cases the public. People know the TBS, only by explosions, attacks and killing others that’s why people were afraid of being murder and torture.
If we want to conclude all the problems it will be like this:
1- Banning universities and schools against women and girls
2- Banning work opportunities against women
3- Misogyny and oppression against people
4- The loss of the dream of the future
5- Don’t see a bright future in this homeland
Based on the previous posts, it seems that the main issues related to brain drain and illegal immigration in Afghanistan are political instability, lack of financial security, poor quality of life, limited access to education and healthcare, and changing government. These factors contribute to the desire of many Afghans to seek opportunities and a better life outside of the country.

As we are witnessing young generation from the ages (20-30) are going abroad in any possible way, it could be by buying university’s scholarships or through illegal immigration, itself shows how big the problem is that someone is ready to start from 0 in foreign country.
After the Taliban took the government of Afghanistan thousands of highly skilled and educated Afghan young left the country. And they just left because they feared of their lives. And the government should do some work.
They will not return cause we saw this situation in the past

Another point which is mentionable is, the crisis on banks, and the financial crisis in Afghanistan in post-2021. The former president of Afghanistan Mr. Ghani rubbed a significant amount of money from the government of Afghanistan, dollar’s value increased within hours, thousands of people got unemployed in minutes. It all leads to disappointment of people living in Afghanistan and the only thing they were thinking of was escaping without any plan.
The main cause of brain drain in Afghanistan is taliban government, they do not let women to get education they limited women in every way and day by day they are putting more restrictions against women.
