Yes totally just less people know internet and technology less people known internet and use.

To sum up the motion of today’s discussion; there are lots of essential issues with brain draining after post-2021 which are:
- unemployment
- economy crisis
- security crisis
- criminal crisis
- human and women rights violations and many others.
So how can the government solve the problem is the most important point in today’s discussion.
Fist of all, our government should be recognized, in order to be recognized our government needs to have a specific structure, an specific judicial system, all the embassies should be open and active, our government should be in relation with other countries, it has to have a policy on foreign and internal affairs, and all the systems should works actively.
The government should pave the way to education to both women and men what I mean by education is a quality and equally educational support system.
Providing the job opportunities for all ages can decrease the problem too.

As a conclusion I believe that these 5 solutions are the convenient ones and if the Taliban implement them we would have a bright future ahead of ourselves:
1- Reconsidering banning females from schools and universities
2- Providing job opportunities for the people
3- Providing a safe and stable environment for all ethnic groups inside of the country
4- Stimulating the economy of the country
5- Reconsidering their selfish domestic policies

Investing in education and providing great quality of education in the country could give the young generation a hope for a bright future in their own country and they don’t have to run out of the country for their personal growth anymore, this can help retain talented people otherwise they’ll drain more in different possible ways and we can’t do anything about it.
