In a conclusion, brain draining happens the people of a country faces lack of opportunities and resources. Or even sometimes their life’s are at risk so they need to get out of their country and seek asylum in other countries and places. The same happened in Afghanistan after post-2021 after Kabul took over, our journalists, army forces, doctors, politicians and other talented people left the country. Still it continues.
We urge the United Nations and other agencies and donor countries to increase humanitarian aid as an immediate measure and then seek long-term solutions to unemployment and poverty.
