I think one of the factor which international community doesn’t recognise currently government is that Taliban have not performed their commitment to allow safe passage for foreign nationals and Afghans with travel documents and to respect international laws and treaties.

I think one of the most important factor that world leaders don’t recognize them , Talibans are terrorist group they didn’t do anything special for proving they are not.
